Schools maintain paper based records of student discipline.

At the start of school year 2026 (August 2025), discipline data has not been extracted from these paper based sources.

The DSTDC is in the process of establishing a data warehousing process to extract discipline data from the schools' records and pipeline them into a centralized DSTDC database:

• As a start, DSTDC will collect from schools basic disciplinary data
• These data will be used to set up an interim database
• DSTDC will then develop a process for formal data collection
  • This might be thru the SIS or thru a supplemental system

Initial

During the period of January 27 to February 3, 2026, DSTDC conducted the initial extraction and storage into a database. The data is accessible by following the 'Initial' link at left.
